description: a completely zero-waste product, we take the excess liquid from Symplicity’s mushroom and vegetable ferments, then combine it with a fermented cashew base, white truffle oil, fresh lemon juice and a dash of maple syrup. The result is a creamy, intensely umami, savoury pâté-style product.

type: soft, spreadable pâté

base: fermented cashew, spring water, mushroom & beetroot stock, truffle oil

treatment: raw & unpasteurised, sealed with a layer of olive oil to maintain freshness

serving suggestions:  stir through pasta, stir into gravy, ramen, or sauces to add umami flavour, works well as a dip, or as a topping for bellinis

storage: keep refrigerated below 5’c for up to 3 months. consume within 1 month after opening
